Owners over 10 years. Invested in a 1 BR to insure us of a yearly vacation.

Upped it to a 2 BR, 2 BA. It's paid in full. Then they told us we had to go to the points system. What a mistake.

We have to almost plead to get a reservation in our home state of Ala. a year in advance. This year we got a handicapped unit and the kitchen was not even thoroughly cleaned.. We're not handicapped, but they said that's all they had available.

We never can use our points in full, that 45-day advance reservation, haha. Nothing is ever available. Biggest scam going. Tired of those so called info meetings they just want more money.

Hopefully we can get someone to take over the yearly maintenance fee, we're done with Festiva.

Went on one of those 3-day specials, I was embarrassed at the hotel they put us in. I didn't even tell our friends the name of it.
