We have filed several complaints with Festiva Adventure Club regarding the cleanliness of their units. They did send someone to reclean, but management never responded to our issues.

They charge an enormous maintenance fee and the units are unsanitary. There are dead cockroaches on the floors and and the floors are filthy. We pay an exorbitant amount for maintenance fees and they are apparently not being cleaned. We get no response when we call, only a run around to notify this person or that person.

We notify them and it's notify someone else. Also, we are unable to book any vacations in the areas of our choice as all units are supposedly booked.

Fesitva is a total rip off and we are spending money for nothing. How do we get out of this?

I am trying to get out of my time share because we have never been able to access any of the facilities advertised when we bought our share at Church Street in Charleston in 2013. The answer was always "no."
